Cancellations
Your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be refunded for cancellations made with at least 14 days notice.
Inclement Weather: Our cancellation policy will remain in effect as long as boats are running.
Please Note
At least 14 days notice is required for refunds on reservations. This includes early departures. Failure to notify us of your cancellation within 14 days prior to your reservation will result in the loss of your deposit. Weddings & Events take place on every weekend.
*Reservation Requirements
A two-night stay is required on Friday and Saturday evenings. Three-night stay is required for holiday weekends: Memorial Day, VJ Day and Labor Day. A four night minimum is required for 4th of July weekend. Please note that rates are subject to change. Holiday rates might be different than what is listed here. Full payment is required at the time of reservation for a one-night stay. Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted. Taxes are not included in room rates and will be added to your final bill.
